Tangerang – Mr. Ladiyo at the age of 59 years is carrying out the task of becoming the head of the hamlet for the next 3 years. Starting from July 5, 2022, Mr. Ladiyo has played a major role in the good changes that have occurred in his living environment. Innovating in all aspects that involve the active role of citizens. Being the head of Hamlet allows Mr. Ladiyo to voice the voices of the residents by leading the Laban Bulan area for the better.

 

Born in Yogyakarta on August 4, 1964, Mr. Ladiyo has various activities in his life. In addition to being the head of the hamlet, Mr. Ladiyo is also a worker in one of the factories in the city of Tangerang and of course a Head of Household for his small family. The age that is no longer young can not prevent Mr. Ladiyo from continuing to make changes that have an impact on the environment where he lives during his tenure. Even though he has only been in office for 1 year, he has proposed many new programs that have attracted the interest of residents in his work.

 

"There are many programs and regulations that I have made and implemented within 1 year of this tenure, one of which impressed me was the weekly program in the form of 'Minggu Bersama' activities that can be followed by all residents ranging from adults to children." Said Mr. Ladiyo

According to Mr. Ladiyo, the 'Minggu Bersama' activity is an activity in the form of cleaning the environment and the use of used goods. This activity is a favorite activity for every citizen because, in addition to being able to maintain the cleanliness of the environment in a fun way, it can also maintain the relationship between residents. During the implementation of the program, Mr. Ladiyo always involves the role of residents by always conducting deliberation in dealing with problems.

 

The nature of leadership and mutual embrace makes Mr. Ladiyo as a figure who can be used as an example and guide for residents. Guided by the vision, mission, and motto that has always been Mr. Ladiyo's guide in leading.

 

"Getting along and working together creates a harmonious, safe, comfortable, intelligent, and creative environment." Said him.
